Client Reporting
The Software we use is called Ethos which is designed to track our performance from the day we receive your instructions, you will be able to log into Ethos via our Client Log in which can be found on our website or by clicking this LINK, the system will provide you with a detailed live and up-to date information on your case.

Remittance of Funds Collected
Ethos can also be used for tracking our movements and monies collected this allows us to remit to keep an upto date account of all monies collected, all monies collected under the High Court is held in a secure Client account for two weeks.

Account Management
Once we receive your instructions you as our Client will be appointed with a Account Manager, they will be your first contact for updates and guidance.

You are always in control! Our RAM is responsible for the service levels you receive and, depending on your needs and preferences, will manage the collections and investigation teams to ensure we are delivering a consistency of the service.

Taking Control of Goods: National Standards
We are governed under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 which ensures we operate in an ethical manner through fixed and transparent fee schedules, we aim to protect vulnerable customers and adapt good practices for training and certification of enforcement agents acting on our & your behalf.

Our service incorporates High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA). Our High Court Enforcement Officer is authorised personally by the Lord Chancellor or his designated person pursuant to paragraph 2 (1) of Schedule 7 of the Courts Act 2003 and Regulation 6 of the High Court Enforcement Officers Regulations 2004 to execute judgments and orders of the High and County Court of England and Wales.

Our collection sector incorporates Certificated Enforcement Agents Association (CEAA) and other non-CEAA regulated bodies.
