EndeavourUK has developed the first Enforcement Agent/Bailiff Level 3 endorsed course in history. Bailiffs are one of the world’s oldest professions but until now, no training of this level has been available. This course has been developed to help lift the quality and improve the standards and consistency within the industry.

This Upskilling course has been designed for Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) that have the experience but wish to up-skill to gain a Level 3 qualification.This course covers all aspects relating to the roles and responsibilities of an Enforcement Agent. You must successfully complete the assessment for all units and pass a classroom based exam to achieve the qualification. Optional extra: For the learners that would like the certificate for theory and practical, that confirms you can apply what was learnt in the classroom to real life. Once unit 1 to 4 is successfully competed we can come on street on a one to one basis to compete Unit 5 which is a field assessment; this is an optional extra that can be booked in at a later date, there is an additional cost for this assessment, for more information on this see our other enforcement courses.
You will be given two booklets.
- The Course booklet, this is full of information to help you through the course
- The Course Assessment Workbook, this is for you to complete prior to the classroom training and will be handed to your tutor in the class.
Learners will attend two days classroom training from an experienced enforcement agent tutor, the tutor will deliver the 4 units in the classroom. The tutor will assess the Workbooks and give guidance when needed.
On the seconded day in the classroom the learners will sit a two hour 60 multiple-choice questions examination.Learners will be told the result of the exam on the same day.
Successful learners will then gain the certificate used from the awarding body for the Level 3 Certificate for Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) Taking Control of Goods (Theory).Certificates will be issued within 10 days from exam.
Courses start at 9:30am. Please arrive at lease 15mins early.
This course will finish at 4:30pm each day so please ensure you have made arrangements to stay to this time before you are booked on the course.
At the start of this upskilling course you will be required to show your Bailiff/EA certificate.
At the start of this course remember to being the competed Course Assessment Workbook that we sent to you.
