HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT

Writ Of Control

Writ Of Control

Money Judgment Orders (Must Exceed £600.00)

We can undertake the entire process of transferring up the CCJ to the High Court for Enforcement. There is an up front fee payable of £170.00 for us to proceed, which is broken down into the below:

Court Fee – £80.00 (No VAT)

Compliance Fee – £90.00 (Including VAT)

These fees are added to the High Court Writ, meaning you’ll be reimbursed in full if enforcement is successful.

The average time to receive a Writ is 4-6 weeks, although this can vary depending on court backlogs.

Our Enforcement Process

Writ of Control Issued

Once the Writ of Control is received, we issue a Notice of Enforcement to the defendant, giving them 7 days to make full payment.

Enforcement Visit

If payment is not made, a Certificated Enforcement Agent will attend the defendant’s address to seize goods, which may then be sold at public auction to satisfy the judgment.

Our agents operate 7 days a week, between 06:00 and 21:00.

Funds Release

Once payment has been received, funds are held for 14 days in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986. After this period, they are released directly to the Judgment Creditor.
