Debt Recovery solutions that get results

Did you know Court Enforcement Specialists is a nationwide High Court and Civil Enforcement Company within England & Wales.

We have a team of experts that specialise in the recovery of unpaid invoices.

We offer fixed fee debt collection that is reasonable.

We have three main stages:

  1. Debt Collection
  2. Court Proceedings
  3. High Court Enforcement (Money Judgement orders over £600)

When a business owes you money, we will add interest and late payment compensation to the debt in compliance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We find that most our cases are settled during the Debt Collection stage.

Please see below details of these debt collection legal fees, compliance stage and High Court escalation cost, all our fees are subject to VAT at 20%.

  1. Debt Collection Services

We provide a straightforward and effective debt collection service designed to recover outstanding sums quickly and professionally, without the need for immediate legal action.

Acting on your behalf, we contact the debtor directly through written correspondence and telephone communication to secure payment. Our approach is firm, compliant, and focused on resolution.

We begin with a professional but non-confrontational approach. Written contact is issued to the debtor, followed by telephone communication where appropriate, with the aim of resolving the matter quickly and amicably.

If informal contact does not result in payment, we escalate the matter to a more formal recovery stage. This involves strengthened written communication and structured follow-up contact to encourage settlement.

All payment proposals received from a debtor are referred to you for approval before acceptance. We will not agree to any payment arrangement without your authority.

There are no upfront costs to instruct us at this stage.

We operate on a simple commission basis of 10% of any sums successfully collected.

If we do not recover funds at this stage, you do not pay a fee.

  1. Court Proceedings

If recovery is unsuccessful at the Pre-Legal Debt Collection stage, we are able to refer your matter for County Court proceedings.

All litigation services are conducted by an independent regulated firm of solicitors. Court Enforcement Specialists is not a law firm and does not conduct reserved legal activities. We act as your case manager and instruct the solicitors on your behalf.

Prior to issuing proceedings, we will provide you with confirmation of costs and obtain your authority to proceed.
