Proud to Have Been Accepted, Ready to Serve CEAA Members in the North West.

It is with huge pride that I thank everyone involved with the CEAA for my acceptance as Chairman for the North West.

I am a proud member of this fine organisation, and now look forward to being able to give something back…

The CEAA is there for its members whenever they need support, advice and assurance, and I intend to offer that same level of support, advice and assurance to members within the North West and beyond.

As I have said, I am a third-generation bailiff, and whilst I know and love this industry, I am also acutely aware of the challenges that Agents face on a daily basis.

I don’t claim to have experienced every possible circumstance or scenario in the business, but with my proud background in the forces, together with my extensive experience in enforcement, I feel I have the knowledge and the knowhow to offer a good level of support to our members, whenever they seek me out.

I want to be a proactive Chairman, helping Agents do their job to the best of their abilities.
As CEO of Court Enforcement Specialists, I have been proactive in changing the face of enforcement, in terms of compliance and identifying vulnerability, but also in terms of supporting the development of my team, through regular investment in vital facets like training, education and technology.

It is this same enthusiasm and proactive approach that members can expect to see from me, as Chairman of the North West region of the CEAA.

I am ready to listen, and to take on board the views and feedback of Agents on the ground, who want to see changes and improvements to the way we, as an industry, go about our business.

The whole world is changing right now, and we are having to adapt to increasingly difficult working conditions, within an ever-changing context. I believe that few other industries are made up of people with such strong resolve and character, as ours is, and for that reason, we will come through this together, and stronger.
