The effects of COVID-19 on the employment market have been monumental, there is no getting away from that. Every industry has seen a shake up in some way, shape or form, with some suffering far more than others…

That’s the way it has played out since March 2020, and things like redundancies, skills gaps and the uncertainty over education leavers have all played their part in creating a shed load of uncertainty and questions where answers would have been much preferred.

The Enforcement Industry hasn’t been left unaffected either. We haven’t been immune to the crisis and we’ve all had to roll with the punches in a number of different ways.

With assignments limited to the various evictions we have been allowed to carry out due to the exemptions, it is perhaps no surprise that #TeamCES, as well as other industry leaders, have seen some very good Agents move on to other pastures now, in search of more secure work right now.

We can’t blame them, and thank them for their incredible service over the years, which has helped us become the major player in Enforcement throughout the North West and beyond.

That said, we know that Enforcement is about to become one of THE MOST SECURE industries around, as the wheels of the economy begin to turn.

We are looking to recruit, train and nurture the next generation of Court Enforcement Agents.

But we’re not just looking for anyone, we’re not in a rush to recruit anyone who thinks it’s easy money, or who has outdated views of what it means to be in the job.

We don’t want ‘bully boy bailiffs.’

Our reputation has been carved out of hard work, determination, success on behalf of our clients, but, first and foremost it has been carved from our vision to provide real ethical enforcement.

We get results, but we get them in the right way.

The Agents we recruit are the best of the best, and we are looking for the next generation right now.

We want to speak to enthusiastic, driven individuals who are keen to enter this industry, hungry to make a difference on behalf of our clients, and aware of the need to identify vulnerability at every turn in the road.

We get to know our Agents well, to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.

When we know that someone will be a welcome addition to the team, we leave no stone unturned in making sure that they’re ready for the trials and tribulations (and the rewards and recognition) of a career in enforcement.
