We have tried to keep you up to date with the latest information on what we ‘can’ do, seeking to find solutions rather than problems.

This hasn’t always been easy, with regulations and rules changing from one month to the next, and varying from place to place.

Nevertheless, we have tried our best to follow your instructions and achieve the best possible outcomes on our assignments.

The coronavirus legislation has been a constant challenge for us, and whilst we have rightly prioritised the safety and security of our team, our clients and the people we come into contact with, we have continued to operate to the full extent of what we have been allowed to do, because we know that our clients have been drastically affected by the pandemic, and everything that has come along with it.

The mainstream media has only told one side of the story these past nine months, and landlords in particular have been underrepresented, even misrepresented at times, painted as the pantomime villains trying to evict tenants during a national crisis.

We know that this simply hasn’t been the case, and you can rest assured that our support for our clients will continue long after this is all over.
