Lea Cartwright has been appointed as Recruitment Manager by Court Enforcement Specialists.
Lea is currently Level 3 Qualified Certificated Enforcement Agent with extensive knowledge in Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery, Forfeiture of Lease, High Court Enforcement, Possession Orders and Trespasser Evictions.
His extensive experience includes Reconnaissance Platoon Commander, Training Supervisor Sergeant and Team Management bolster Armed Forces Recruitment within the professional Her Majesty's Armed Forces.
In his new role, he will be responsible for all recruitment activity from Trainee Enforcement Agent recruitment, existing Enforcement Agent recruitment and Former Armed Forces via Elcas, Level 3 Training and Recruitment.
Lea will report directly to Gareth Joseph Haggerty Director of Court Enforcement Specialists.
Lea's previous roles involved an extensive and professional career which started in 1999 until 2017.

Deployed to Afghanistan with the battalion as senior solider to ensure that personnel are motivated through clear and decisive communication and that all equipment is maintaining to a personal high standard
Lea advised senior management team on security issues around company location and able to provide solutions accessing wheeled and technical assets and manpower as necessary outstanding team performance resulted in the closure of a number of patrol bases and the hand over to Afghanistan security forces without incident or excessive costs
He is an experienced combat soldier fully capable of using most in service weapon systems and able to train team members as required
He has good technical know-how can carry out basic fault finding on HF, sight to sight and man packed radio systems, can also use this skill due to experience with light four wheeled drive vehicles and tracked support equipment’s on most wheeled assets, static roving and mobile support along with CCTV operation skills, he provided annual mid-term appraisal to staff feeding through to senior line manager for annual reports that can effect career decisions
Mentored and advise team members regarding careers and able to asses employees abilities in performing their jobs giving positive and negative feedback as necessary he thrives under extreme pressures to complete tasks to a tight deadline assumed my final appointment as the regimental provost corporal (Performance manager) he was hand selected by the senior line manager (Regimental Sergeant Major) to ensure the effective supervision of all discipline matters in the battalion and also ensured compliance with safe systems of work for all activities undertaken and ensured compliance by the whole team by leading the delivery of frequent, clear and visible communications to the team

Training Supervisor (Sergeant)
Looking after over 35 members of the brigade headquarters ensuring all mandatory annual training was completed to the highest standard
Lea's Performance was recognised by Brigadier Chambering identifying him as a great ambassador to the regiment
He also helped deliver training to serving units in the province and constantly improved professionalism/standards, extremely successful period providing him with a wider spectrum for training within the armed forces.
He was involved with copious amounts of grueling public order situations, his leadership potential gave him the opportunity to become a junior none commissioned officer.
He attended a two month intense management course awarded top student and was selected to command a warrior fighting vehicle, he deployed with the battalion on operation TELIC. His maturity and robustness, provided great assurance for a number of young Kingsman. This was evident when his company moved locations 2 months into the deployment and was significantly involved in the most kinetic action. Cool in contact, highlighted more potential and resulted in a place on the Section Commanders Battle Course (SCBC). Top third infantry pass on both phases gained, immediate promotion to full corporal and the role of an Infantry Section Commander.

Completing the Combat Infantryman’s course at the Infantry Training Centre (Catterick) prior to resuming my first appointment with The First Battalion the Kings Regiments
Lea conduced Peace keeping operations In Northern Island and permanently on standby for deployment anywhere within the province
He was awarded best Kingsman in the battalion after only 6 month service.
Lea was also winner of multiple boxing events, representing the battalion winning the major units prior to representing the Army he won an impressive 13 fights, remained undefeated and was awarded the Army Champion medal.
He also represented the Army at football, breaking a number of goal scoring and regimental records awarded sporting colours for my commitment to boxing and football.

I feel that Court Enforcement Specialists approach to helping former armed forces into a professional career is something I want to be involved in.
